Here at Abe, we’re advocates for financial technology innovation that benefits community banks and their customers.
That’s why we built Abe, an AI-powered banking chatbot that leverages the power of machine learning and natural language processing to communicate with users in normal, conversational language. Users securely connect their financial accounts, and Abe automatically creates a budget individually tailored to their income, debt profile, and financial lifestyle. After signing up, users can ask Abe plain-English questions about their financial outlook on the mobile messaging platforms they already use. Abe responds intelligently to these requests to provide personalized, contextual financial insights and advice to help guide the money management process and improve users’ financial health. Our white-label banking solution allows banks and credit unions to offer this service to their customers for increased engagement and loyalty.
As part of our mission to support community bankers and their customers, we’re sponsoring this year’s American Bankers Association National Conference for Community Bankers (ABA NCCB).
The ABA NCCB is the premier banking conference for community banker CEO’s. This year’s theme, “Now and New,” is focused on fintech innovation, cybersecurity, and attracting and retaining the next generation of banking customers. Keynote speakers include Marc Randolph, co-founder and former CEO of Netflix, Rob Nicols, president and CEO of the ABA, and Ron Shevlin, author of Smarter Bank and director of research at Cornerstone Advisors.
In addition to sponsoring the conference, we’ll be exhibiting Abe at booth #805, so be sure to come see us! We’ll have our team’s resident data scientist on hand to answer all of your questions about artificial intelligence and deep data analysis. We’ll also be demonstrating Abe’s capabilities on Slack, SMS, and Google Home, so conference attendees will be able to see Abe in action.
We’re excited to attend this conference and share our expertise about how banks can establish genuine connections with their customers across digital channels.
So mark your calendars for February 19-22. And be sure to come see us at booth #805!
